Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Spiralis account and all of its data at any time.

Delete it in the Game (fastest)

  1. Open Spiralis and tap the profile icon in the main menu.
  2. Scroll down and tap the red trash icon.
  3. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

If you no longer have the Game installed, send the form below. We will delete the account within 30 days and may e-mail you first to confirm that it is yours.

What is deleted

  • Your profile, player name and skin choice
  • Gold, owned skins, purchases and gift codes used
  • Scores, statistics and championships
  • Push notification tokens and any linked Google e-mail address

Server logs are deleted automatically after a limited period. We keep some records longer only when the law requires it (for example, records of purchases).
