Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 8, 2026

This policy explains what information Spiralis (the "Game") collects, why, and what you can do about it. The Game is made and operated by Liber Teknoloji ("we", "us"). If you have any questions, write to us at [email protected].

1. Information we collect

InformationWhy we need it
Account identifier — a random ID created by Firebase Authentication when you first open the Game (guest account). To keep your progress (gold, skins, statistics) between sessions.
E-mail address of your Google or Apple account — only if you choose "Sign in with Google" or "Sign in with Apple". With Apple you can hide your real address; we then receive a private relay address from Apple. To let you recover your account on another device and to contact you about your account. It is shown only to you, in your own profile.
Player name you choose and the skin you wear.Shown to other players in matches, on the leaderboard and on your public profile.
Game data — scores, kills, championships, play time, gold balance, owned skins and gift codes used.To run the Game, the leaderboard and your profile.
Purchase records — which item you bought, when, and the store's order or transaction number. Payments are handled entirely by Google Play or the App Store; we never see your card or payment details. To check each purchase with the store, give you the item, restore it on a new device and handle refunds.
Push notification token of your device. To send you game notifications if you allow them. You can turn them off in your device settings.
Technical data — IP address, device and connection information in server logs.To connect you to game servers, keep them secure and fix problems. Logs are kept for a limited time.
Reports you send about other players, and reports about you.To keep the Game fair and friendly.

We do not ask for your real name, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location.

2. Advertising

The Game shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier and similar information to show and measure ads. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the Game asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice later. You can also reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings. On iPhone, the Game asks for your permission (App Tracking Transparency) before your advertising identifier can be used; if you decline, ads are still shown but are not personalised. Learn more about how Google uses information from apps that use its services.

3. Service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run the Game:

  • Google Firebase (sign-in and push notifications) — Google LLC
  • Google AdMob (advertising) — Google LLC
  • Google Play (Android purchases and sign-in) — Google LLC
  • Apple (App Store purchases, Sign in with Apple and iPhone notifications) — Apple Inc.
  • Cloudflare (network and security) — Cloudflare, Inc.

Our game servers and database are operated by Liber Teknoloji in Türkiye. Our providers may process information in other countries under their own safeguards. We do not sell your personal information.

4. How long we keep information

We keep your account and game data while your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your profile, statistics, purchases and push tokens. Server logs are deleted automatically after a limited period. Some records may be kept longer where the law requires it.

5. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in the Game: open your profile and tap the trash icon. You can also request deletion on the web. If you signed in with Apple, deleting your account also ends the Game's access to your Apple ID.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or Türkiye's KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To use these rights, contact us at [email protected]. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Children

The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We protect information with encryption in transit, access controls and secured servers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep your information safe.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; important changes will also be announced in the Game.
