These terms apply when you play Spiralis (the "Game"), made by Liber Teknoloji. By playing, you agree to them.

1. Your account

You can play as a guest or sign in with Google. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Choose a player name that is not offensive, misleading or someone else's.

2. Fair play

Do not cheat, use bots or modified apps, exploit bugs, attack our servers or harass other players. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules and remove names that are inappropriate.

3. Virtual items

Gold and skins are virtual items for use in the Game. They have no real-world money value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be moved to other accounts. Purchases made through Google Play or the App Store follow those stores' refund rules.

4. Gift codes

A gift code can be used once per account and only while uses remain. We may end a gift code at any time.

5. Ads

The Game is free to play and shows ads. Some features, such as coming back after a crash, let you watch an optional ad.

6. Availability

We work to keep the Game running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, pause or end features, events or the Game itself.

7. Liability

The Game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for virtual items lost because of events outside our control.
